Rules of service, responsibilities of both parties, and limitations of liability for Vrsanmarino.com Virtual Metrology.
Vrsanmarino.com provides three-dimensional laser scanning, drone-based aerial photogrammetry, and digital twin modeling of structural steel works to monitor real-time thermal expansion in processing plants. All services are delivered as described in the applicable statement of work. Any additional or modified services require a separate written agreement.
The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to all measurement areas, including necessary permits and site-specific safety inductions. The client is responsible for ensuring that all structures to be scanned are free of hazardous materials and that the site conditions do not pose an unreasonable risk to personnel or equipment. Failure to meet these obligations may result in service delays or cancellation.
Our scanning and modeling processes achieve sub-millimeter accuracy under controlled conditions. However, environmental factors such as extreme temperature, vibration, or line-of-sight obstructions may affect precision. The delivered digital twin and point cloud data represent a snapshot of the structure at the time of measurement and should not be used as the sole basis for critical structural decisions without independent verification.
All raw scan data, processed models, and derived deliverables remain the intellectual property of Vrsanmarino.com until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose. Vrsanmarino.com retains the right to use anonymized data for internal quality improvement and marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrsanmarino.com's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, production downtime, or structural failure resulting from reliance on the data.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Vrsanmarino.com may suspend services immediately if the client fails to meet payment obligations or site safety requirements. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date, and Vrsanmarino.com will deliver any completed deliverables.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Registered clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
